Welcome Back Letter: sent home on September 3, 2024
Dear Third Grade Families,
Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! I am super excited to have the opportunity to be part
of your child’s education once again as their Third grade teacher! It is my hope that third grade
will be a productive year of learning and growth for your child. With our partnership and
working as a team, we can make this school year a terrific success!
Attached to this letter you will find a packet of papers that need to be completed. The
“Student Information-Tell Me About Your Child” sheet and the “Dismissal for Grade 3
Students” sheet. Please take the time to fill out the sheets and return them with your child
on Wednesday Sept. 6th to Mrs. Ward. The information that will be recorded is very
important for me to know, every student is expected to return BOTH sheets.
Please take note, CAR Line has returned and all explanations of the Dismissal Lines are on the
Dismissal sheet. I must know how each student will be going home.
Here is some information that you may find helpful as we begin a new school year;

ALL parents to attend the Back to School Night. A lot of important information will be
discussed regarding the school and what is to be expected of each student this year in the third
grade.
